Frequently Asked Questions

Account

Q: How do I set up a wholesale account?

A: Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage to register a new account.  You can fax re-sale and tax id certificates to 1-888-925-2657 (press send when you hear the main greeting) for us to add to your account.

Q: What can I do if I forget my user name or password?

A: Your user name is the e-mail address you registered with.  If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Your Password? link.   You will automatically be e-mailed your password at the e-mail address with which you registered.

Q: How can I review my previous orders?

A: You can view past orders, current open orders and back orders by logging in and clicking My Account on the top right hand corner of any page on the site. Once you are on your account info page, click Review Orders/Track Packages under “My Orders.”

Garments

Q: What are washing instructions for your garments?

A: Bare Apparel garments have a care tag located on the inner side seam.  Our care tag specifies that most of our garments are to be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. If a garment has special care instructions, they will be listed in its description in our store.

Q: How do your sizes work?

A: Please click here to see fits, sizes, and measurements for our apparel.

Q: Which garments are best for screen printing?

A: All of our garments can be used for screen printing. Almost all of our shirts can be discharged on, the exception being the river wash shirt. 

Q: What kind of fabrics do you use?

A: We use 30/single and 40/single 100% combed ring spun cotton.

Q: How can I ask a question about your products?

A: You can email us at Info@BareApparel.com.  Email is the easiest way to communicate with us, and will receive the fastest response. We are in and out of the office all day, and not always able to answer phone calls.


Ordering

Q: How can I get samples?

A: You can order samples from our website.  Since we have no minimums, you can order a sample logging into our site, and placing the shirt directly in your shopping cart. We do not send single items or samples for free.

Q: Are there minimums?

A: No. To purchase just 1 garment of any type, simply add one garment to your cart.

Q: Can I place a custom order?

A: Please contact us at info@bareapparel.com to inquire about custom orders or private labeling. There is usually a 4-6 week turnaround time on custom orders and private labeling.

Q: What should I do if a color or size is out of stock?

A: If a color or size combination is not showing on the site, that means it is currently out of stock.  To inquire about a style, color, or size, please email Info@BareApparel.com.


Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Bare Apparel accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

Q: How will charges appear on my credit card?

A: Charges will appear on your card from the company "Lewis Apparel Group."

Q: Can I set up terms?

A: We accept payment for orders at the time the order is placed.  Unfortunately, we do not set up payment terms.

Shipping

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We ship FedEx.  For international shipping, you have the choice of FedEx or USPS. If you’d like to ship on your account, you must contact us before ordering.  We can provide 3rd party shipping via FedEx. Bare Apparel ships twice per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Q: Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

A: We do not require signature for residential deliveries. You must have someone available to receive the package, as we are not responsible for it once it leaves our shipping facilities. Bare Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.  If you require a direct signature, please contact Bare Apparel after placing your order.

Q: Are your shipments insured?

A: Fedex automatically insures up to $100.  If you would like additional insurance for your package valued at greater than $100, please contact us prior to placing your order as there is an additional fee.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

A: Unfortunately, no.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Bare Apparel ships twice per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Which countries?

A: We do ship internationally.  We ship to Canada with no minimums.  To other countries, we require a minimum $500 order after the initial sample order. If your country does not appear in our shipping list, then we do not ship to your country.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: We are currently only able to ship orders. We recently moved our business from Arizona to Los Angeles and are in a temporary space.  Once our permanent space is set up, we will be able to have customers pick up their orders.


Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any garment in its original condition within 7 days.  A garment is in its original condition if it has not been laundered, treated, dyed, decorated, printed, embellished, or physically altered. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sample orders.  Sample orders are defined as orders placed to determine the fit, feel, and quality of our shirts before placing a larger order. Q: What if I return something without an RA number?

A: Items returned without an RA number, with an incorrect RA number, or that are unauthorized to return will be set aside until we hear from the customer, or refused delivery entirely.  Once we hear from the customer or do the research to determine whose order it is,  these incorrectly labeled or unauthorized return items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
