How do I return an item?

We love our shirts and we think that you will too. Bare Apparel 100% guarantees all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or make a refund for any items that do not meet these standards. Just notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order of any damages, shortages, or to make an RA request.

Holes or tears are inherent in the vintage process and should not be considered as defects.
We can only accept items for return that are in their original state.  Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Bare Apparel does not make refunds or exchanges on sample orders. Sample orders are those which have been placed to determine the fit, feel, quality and look of our shirts prior to placing a larger wholesale order.  Please take this into consideration prior to placing a sample order.

Items returned without an RA number, with an incorrect RA number, or that are unauthorized to return will be set aside until we hear from the customer, or refused delivery entirely.  Once we hear from the customer or do the research to determine whose order it is,  these incorrectly labeled or unauthorized return items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt of order and will be processed within 1-3 weeks from when they are shipped back to us.  Refund requests submitted after 7 days of receipt of order will not be honored.

Bare Apparel sells at wholesale prices to businesses and does not sell retail. Orders placed and attempted to return as a retail purchase will be denied.

Bare Apparel is not responsible for return shipping fees.


You must notify Bare Apparel immediately of any damages that may be the fault of the shipping company. Once you let us know the garments may have been damaged in the shipping process, we will give you further instructions.  Bare Apparel is not responsible for replacing any items that may have been damaged during shipping. If you do not notify us immediately about damages incurred from the shipping process, and we determine that the shipping company is at fault, we will not be able to honor your return.

What to do:
1. Send an e-mail to Bare Apparel at returns@bareapparel.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. In your e-mail, be sure to include your invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Bare Apparel will respond to your request with your Return Authorization Number and the address to which you should send your return.  Once you have received this number, write it on your original invoice, and include it in the return packaging.
4. We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our part.
5. Ship the items back to Bare Apparel through the carrier of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  We will notify you via e-mail when your return has been processed.
