How do I return an item?

We love our shirts and we think that you will too. Bare Apparel 100% guarantees all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or make a refund for any items you are not happy with. 

Holes or tears are inherent in the vintage process and should not be considered as defects.
Please note that we can only accept items for return that are in their original state.  Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
What to do:
1. Send an e-mail to Bare Apparel at returns@bareapparel.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. In your e-mail, be sure to include your invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Bare Apparel will respond to your request with your Return Authorization Number.  Once you have received this number, write it on your original invoice, and include it in the return packaging.
4. We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our part.
5. Ship the items back to Bare Apparel through the carrier of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  We will notify you via e-mail when your return has been processed.
